At Grivallure, we've simplified our hiring process to make it more personal and less stressful. We prefer to get to know each candidate personally, so we conduct all stages of the recruitment process in our office, making it easy and comfortable for you.
Resume screening
We try to review all resumes as soon as possible, evaluate qualifications, experience and return with a response. No one goes unanswered.
Office interview
We interview candidates in the office. At this stage we get to know our candidates in detail, tell them what we do and what our goals are.
Paid Test task
We give candidates the opportunity to take a test assignment at our office, providing everything they need to do so.
Offer
We ensure to keep all candidates informed about their interview outcomes, as we believe in maintaining clear and respectful communication throughout our recruitment process.
Paid probationary period
We offer successful candidates a paid trial period, the length of which varies based on the role applied for, to mutually assess fit and comfort with the position.
